I love this song, I've been listening to this on repeat. My father recently passed on July 30, 2024. This song has brough me some encouragement in some way. Knowing I need God every single day of my life.

I loveve the momma i had as a teenager.....plus i have to know daddy is buried because i didn't really get to appolgize for my hardheaded stupidity, and i need to even now because i have had two heart attacks maybe three, i have to do this before it KILLS ME, it is whats making me have these heart attacks because. My hero is in heaven and i didn't get to s@y GOOD BYE even though i could not handle one of my ❤favorite heroes forgetting me with dementia

The McKamey's gospel singers was the one & only concert i attended in my 45yrs of life, and i was totally blessed be my GODto be there wit my two most favorite people in the world who loved me unconditionally through my life even though i do not have one of MY HEROES on earth anymore (well actually all three of my heroes are gone to be with our LORD AND SAVIOR, but i think MY WONDERFUL GRACIOUS SAVIOR we will all be together again soon i hope , because i am ready to go HOME NOW @ almost 46yrs old. I realized what my sweet quiet Southern Baptist Preacher Pappaw {1 of my 3 heroes well my 1st hero, then it washis son Roland "Pete" Riddle & then Rev. Curtis McClellan Riddle's youngest son William David Riddle "my other main hero in my life who made me who i am NOW} and then a woman who has had ALOT to do with who i am today and i really don't like to call her this but my "step-mom" no MY BEST FRIEND\ MY MOM especially throughout my teen years WHEN SHE DID NOT HAVE TO BE @ALL MRS. SHARON GAIL (IGGINS) RIDDLE....thank you MOMMA SHARON, , I KNOW I AM 45 NOW AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TO everyone in the family but it really hurt me when Mamaw Eileen Jay "Garren" Riddle was put into a nursing home when her idea of a big vacation was going to Cherokee, NC for a couple of hours. For a huge homebody like that not being able to come home to her home since my daddy was 4yrs old the same house that i can't see anymore because it's not there anymore and i CAN'T EVEN PICTURE HER AND PAPAW ANYMORE BECAUSE NO ONE WILL SEND ME ANY PICTURES. I WAS QUITTING MY JOB FOR NO PY, TO TAKE CARE OF HER IF SHE COULD HAVE COME HOME BECAUSE HER AND PAPAW WERE MY ND PARENTS THEY RAISED ME IT WAS MY JOB TO TAKE OF THEM AND I WOULD HAVE....AND I KNOW IF I COULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF HER I WOULDN'T HAVE TO TELL PEOPLE HOW MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN SOBER BECAUSE MY LIFE WOULD HAVE BEEN FULL WITH ALL MY HUGE FAMILY AND THREE CHILDREN, & ELEVEN GRANDKIDS FROM THE AGES FOURTEEN DOWN TO TWO & A HALF YRS OLD (WITH THE TWO & A HALF YEAR OLD MENTALLY HANDICAPPED, YES DESTINI & HER HUSBAND'S YOUNGEST OF TWO GIRLS....I HAVE NO ONE AND NO ONE Fyrs and his family to lean on, mine and Destini's depression is so badso bad these days it is not good. Her husband and her have split for someone else that is male and it is not her, lets just say that ....WE NEED MY MOMMA I HAD FROM THE TIME I WAS 12yrs old
